Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 550g cans Tomatoes (Peeled and chopped)
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 10 leaves Basil (Torn)
- Salt
Directions
Step 1

Put the pan on the heat and pour in the oil |

Add the can of tomatoes |

Add the sugar, garlic, basil and salt |

Cook over a medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally |

When the tomatoes are soft, crush them and the garlic with a wooden spoon. For a thicker sauce, you can sieve off some of the sauce beforehand. |
