Dough balls with garlic butter
Ingredients
- Pizza dough (See above for the recipe)
- 50g Butter (softened)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Pre-heat the oven to 240 degrees centigrade | |
Step 2 | |
Shape the dough into small balls about the diameter of a 50 pence piece, place them on a greased baking tray, then place in the oven | |
Step 3 | |
Cook the dough balls for 15 to 20 minutes | |
Step 4 | |
Add the garlic to the butter in a small ramekin or bowl and mix very well using a fork |
