In preparation for Waitangi Day – the national day of New Zealand – here’s a recipe for what some describe as New Zealand’s Greatest Burger. The recipe has been sent to use by our friends Turners, the largest and oldest used car dealer in New Zealand. If you’re looking to buying a car nz or simply want to sell your old one and want cash for cars, give them a call. Waitangi Day commemorates the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi on 6 February 1840 and is regarded by many to be New Zealand’s founding document.  The day is observed annually and is designated a public holiday so get the barbecue fired up and get cooking!

To go on the burgers, you would suggest salad leaves, gherkins, pickled red onions and mayonnaise
