Black peppercorn sauce for steak

This is a really simple version of a classic peppercorn sauce that is usually served with steak.
- 227ml Double cream
- 2 tablespoons Black peppercorns
- 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brandy
If you love pepper as much as I do, why not try also adding some ground pepper for more flavour?
If you don't have any Worcestershire Sauce handy, you can also use Henderson's Relish
|Heat the cream over a low heat being careful not to boil it|
|Stir in the peppercorns, Worcestershire Sauce and Brandy|
|Simmer for 5 minutes|
