Dough balls with garlic butter


  • Pizza dough (See above for the recipe)
  • 50g Butter (softened)
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)


Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 240 degrees centigrade
Step 2
Shape the dough into small balls about the diameter of a 50 pence piece, place them on a greased baking tray, then place in the oven
Step 3
Cook the dough balls for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 4
Add the garlic to the butter in a small ramekin or bowl and mix very well using a fork
