Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 240 centigrade (although traditional Italian pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven at around 400 degrees centigrade) |

Spread the passatta over the pizza base then sprinkle with the oregano leaving an inch or so around the edges |
Step 3

Evenly distribute the sliced goat's cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and caramalised onions over the pizza |
Step 4
|
If you're adding chopped red onion, distribute that over the pizza now before drizzling some olive oil over the top |
Step 5
|
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes |
