Salmon on a bed of garlic spinach
Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 2 salmon steaks
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 dash lemon
- oil
- 1 knob butter
Directions
Step 1 | |
Season and fry the salmon steaks in the oil in a shallow pan for a few minutes each side until cooked. when cooked, put to one side in a warm place. | |
Step 2 | |
Add the finely chopped garlic to the pan and cook until it colours lightly | |
Step 3 | |
Add the butter, the lemon juice and spinach leaves to the pan and toss them around until the spinach is coated | |
Step 4 | |
Serve spinach on the plate with the salmon steak on top |
